These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Koglify Recorder ("Koglify Recorder," "Software," "Service," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Koglify Recorder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License to Use the Software

Subject to these Terms and any applicable license or subscription conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Koglify Recorder on devices that you are authorized to use.

The Software is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Koglify Recorder for lawful purposes, including:

• Recording your own screen
• Creating tutorials and demonstrations
• Recording presentations
• Recording software demonstrations
• Creating educational content
• Recording meetings where legally permitted
• Creating personal or commercial video content

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using the Software.

3. Recording Consent and Legal Compliance

Koglify Recorder is a recording tool. It is your responsibility to ensure that recording is legally permitted.

You must obtain appropriate consent before recording another person's:

• Voice
• Video
• Conversation
• Meeting
• Presentation
• Screen
• Private or confidential information

Different jurisdictions may have different recording and privacy laws.

We are not responsible for your failure to obtain required consent or comply with applicable laws.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of recordings, screenshots, audio, video, documents, and other content that you create or capture using Koglify Recorder ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use it.

You must not use Koglify Recorder to capture, reproduce, distribute, or share content in violation of another person's intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Koglify Recorder to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Record people unlawfully
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Capture or distribute confidential information without authorization
• Commit fraud or facilitate illegal activity
• Distribute malware or harmful software
• Attempt to bypass licensing or activation mechanisms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where expressly permitted by applicable law
• Circvent security features
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Resell or redistribute the Software without authorization

6. Account and License Information

Certain features may require an account, license key, subscription, or other form of authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license information.

You must not share, sell, transfer, or misuse a license unless expressly permitted by the applicable license terms.

7. Free and Paid Versions

Koglify Recorder may be offered in free, trial, paid, subscription, or other versions.

Different versions may contain different features, limitations, recording capabilities, storage options, or usage restrictions.

We reserve the right to change the features and limitations of different versions.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid version or subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by our refund policy.
• Subscription plans may automatically renew if automatic renewal is enabled.
• You may cancel a subscription according to the applicable cancellation procedure.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.

Third-party payment providers may process your payments.

9. Software Updates

We may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, security updates, or new versions of Koglify Recorder.

Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, or functionality.

Some updates may be installed automatically depending on your device and settings.

10. Intellectual Property

Koglify Recorder and its software, source code, design, interface, branding, logos, documentation, features, and other components are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

"Koglify Recorder" and associated logos and branding may be trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Third-Party Software

Koglify Recorder may contain or depend upon third-party software, libraries, or open-source components.

Those components may be subject to separate license terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights granted to you under applicable open-source licenses.

12. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to all or part of Koglify Recorder at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Software will always:

• Be available
• Operate without interruption
• Be compatible with every device or operating system
• Be free from bugs or errors

13. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koglify Recorder is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Software will meet all of your requirements or that recordings will always be successfully created, saved, exported, or recovered.

You should maintain appropriate backups of important recordings and files.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koglify Recorder and its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

This may include loss of:

• Data
• Recordings
• Revenue
• Business opportunities
• Profits
• Files
• Reputation

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koglify Recorder and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Software
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your User Content
• Your violation of another person's rights
• Your failure to obtain required recording consent

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Koglify Recorder if you materially violate these Terms or misuse the Software.

You may stop using the Software at any time and uninstall it from your devices.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will remain effective.

17. Governing Law
